Simplicity of Joy

Joy is looking out from my living room,

and seeing this red stemmed plant (below); growing healthily and stronger each day. Sometimes when I forget to water it, it wilts in the heat. But no sooner after being nourished, it's all perky and happy again. Despite the chaos from the street below, and the complexities of the lives around it, it remains beautiful and joyful.
