What lies between the extreme

The busy-ness, the doing-ness, the buzz of activities, the thrill of juggling, the act of balancing with two and a few more;

Then it's nothingness, abyss, darkness, emptiness;

Is there no beauty in the plain and ordinary;

No brightness in the quiet, being-ness?
